Prior to joining Keller Williams Platinum Realty, Craig spent five years as the head baseball coach and athletic director of Eastern Oklahoma State College. During that time he was twice named Region 2 Conference coach of the year. At the age of 26, he was the youngest head coach to receive this honor. The Mountaineers won two conference championships, produced 15 Academic All-Americans, 2 NJCAA All-Americans while sending 54 players on the professional or university level. Before coming to Eastern, he spent a year at the University of Arkansas under legendary head coach Dave Van Horn as a student assistant.
